We also collect information which you voluntarily submit it to us by forms on our website, by contacting us by telephone or sending us e-mails which will also identify you.

We analyse it to determine what is most effective about our website, to help us identify ways to improve it and how we can tailor our website to make it more effective.

The information you supply to us will be used for our campaign, responding to your enquiries, informing you of additions or amendments to the campaign and other campaigns of a similar nature.

It is important to us that we provide a service that meets the expectations of our supporters and users and to assist us in doing this, unless you tell us otherwise, we may use the data to provide you with information about this and other campaigns.

The information may also be shared with a limited number of trusted partners and/or affiliates where such use will not breach any elements of the Data Protection Act 1998.

When given permission to do so, we may also share personal information about you with our trusted partners. If you prefer to opt out of such direct marketing activity, please let us know that we may remove your personal data from our marketing database.

4. Access to your information

You are entitled to know whether we hold personal information about you and, if we do, to have access to that information and require it to be corrected if it is inaccurate. You can do this by sending us an e-mail and paying the appropriate fee.
